Ah, the old Butt Gland debate... This was fun when Smokin first posted it back in 05. Made me a tad squeamish at first, but like Tom said, we've been eating it forever so why get cranked outta shape now. Just clean up all the fat while pullin and try not to think about it when you chomp down... LOL
