I've never tried smoking beef ribs, but have been tempted to give it a try.

In that thread, and the links they provide for more beef rib info, they report great success with smoking beef ribs.
Anyone on this forum had great success with beef ribs?
Also, are the "beef short ribs" they sell at Sam's Club the same as regular beef ribs?
