How many turkey's (10 - 12lb) can fit on a FEC 100?

My guess its 8, but I don't know for sure.
Most I've done is 9. 7 shelf system, three shelves.
Birds are to big to fit on the 4 shelfs, birds are too tall for the space.
The 7 shelf allows you to adjust the space, but only about 3 shelves.
You can do more in pieces, say more turkey breasts, legs separate.
