Picked up a three bone choice rib roast. Think I'm going to give Yorkshire puddings a try this year.

Yorkshire Pudding & popovers are the same recipe. If you haven't had BLT Steak House Popovers with Gruyere Cheese they are awesome! They give you the recipe & it's on YouTube!

Andy, great minds think alike. 3-bone CAB rib roast ($$$).
Spiral sliced ham. Slather inside the slices with pineapple sauce and jalapeños. Smoke.
Choice 7 bone full Rib Roast. Slicing it in two halves and into the PG-500.

2 six lb Boars Head hams with brown sugar and spice glaze. Great hams.
Two boneless butts from Costco, pulled and served on brioche rolls (Whole Foods, and they change the WHOLE bun experience, served to all the ladies in my wife's Bible Study, AND all their husbands. Merry Christmas indeed.
