Based on my visit to Big Bob Gibson's BBQ in Decatur a couple months ago, Chris ought to get back into the kitchen. Good chicken, pork was sub-par. Not impressed at all. I know comp BBQ is not the same as restaurant Q, but come on, make it a "great" experience, not a downer.

I'm personally waiting for Mike Davis of Lotta Bull to put a class on, that's the one I'll goto.
