HOT DANG ! Tried some of CS's Spicy Chicken Rub on some pork chops tonight on the grill and WOW !! I had no clue that it was that hot. I like spicy but this is some kinda HOT ! Good, but HOT !

For hot cooking,it has no sugar.

The addition of some,will bring the balance that you may be seeking.

Typically ,folks don't use much smoke,or spice on chickens.

And yes,it is a dandy.

Agreed, the flavor is top notch once you get past the heat. Scraped some of it off, which helped some. Hadn't heard about adding a little sugar. Will try that next time.
