Why didn't we get one sooner?

We just finished eating some pulled pork my hubby made using our new to us SM55. It was the best pulled pork I have ever had! Best money we have ever spent and I can't wait to try different meats and techniques in the next few months. I am hooked! Thanks to everyone who helped me decide to go and get the 55 off Craigslist!
