Not a big turn out of pelletheads,but despite some real strange judging arrangements,a couple of our good guys did well.

35 teams included a strong local turnout.

HomeBBq.com 4th overall,6th chicken,2nd pork,6th brisket

Bill & the Dixie Chicks 5th overall,5th chicken,8th brisket.

Hard to believe those guys forgot how to cook ribs,or other stuff.

Come-on Tom are you still upset about that! I asked Ricky he said that it just happened that three out of the four teammate's made it on the Backyard tables. You know the odds of that one. Not everyone can judge the pro teams just ask the new judge's. I hope you can sleep better soon. After all it is only BBQ. LOL

I told you if you gave honest scores,they'd think the bottom of the pack would be disappointed and not come back.

At least now,when every box gets the max score ,everyone is happy.

We are not planning on any big lifestyle changes with the prize money. Hope the IRS doesn't learn about that $75.
