Looking to buy a used FC-100 or ? for competition use. I have 3 Cookshacks in use now and love them. IF the Fast Eddie works as good as my 105 I'll be a happy camper. Thanks

Check the bbqforum buy/sell.
They are hard to come by,but this would be the best chance in the country.
Try Cookchack sales.
They may have one from someone going to larger units.
They tend to rehab and rewarranty those,at a fair price.

Also,40 years,working with many other cooking operations,and companies.
The rare used FEC sells for about the same as new-when you get into shipping ,etc.
I'd strongly recommend, to consider looking at a new one,with the newest mods.
They have all the commercial/restaurant mods.
You may not use them,but on any sale,they can go to a restaurant.

As you can see,no one sells them.
