Amerique on a Stand?

I'm in the process of building a stand for my Amerique. I'm going to use some angle iron on each side of the stand to raise the smoker enough to make up for the wheels not being there.

I'm still trying to decide if I want to mount the wheels on the stand so that I can still move it around or just leave it without them.

I'm short on free time right now, so it may be a while before it is finished.

Thanks for the response. I thought about putting it on the stand with the casters for the same reason of being able to take it down an d wheel it around. I just wish it had more than one locking caster. I may try and find some more locking casters that match up.

I am actually thinking about bolting the smoker to the stand, and putting the casters on the bottom of the stand. I will look something like the FE100, where you could roll the stand with the smoker attached to it.
