Anybody else smoking in the cold?

It's 45 here in LA, cold by west coast standards, and still smokin........

42* Just North of Seattle, corned beef flat in the 008!

It's in the mid thirties here, and I have nine slabs of babybacks brown sugared and refrigerated. Put the rub on tomorrow morning and into the FE.

I cooked thanksgiving at zero. They work way better than me in the cold. It was -21 yesterday morning, I'll bet the smokette would have worked fine. but I was more interested in looking at it through the window, from the inside out!

Well, its only getting up to 80 here today but come Monday, the high is only supposed to be 58. And that is before the wind chill factor! Dang, I don't think I am getting out of bed on Monday.

BTW, I have 5 racks SL ribs on today and 6 butts going on tonight.

Hit a record 85º today,but the wind may blow it outa here.

Its been snowin here in my part of Iowa and we managed to hit 18... woohoo. Ill be smoking 4 lbs of salmon tomorrow.

28.8 10 miles NE of Kent. Got 3 in. snow this afternoon and they say another 6 coming overnight into tomorrow.

Smoker shut down for the night and nothing scheduled for tomorrow. A sad state of affairs.

Me and my buddy smoked 16 pounds of cheese today. Snowing pretty hard and a balmy 24 degrees here.

Got a foot of snow headed this way with blizzard conditions tonite/tomorrow.

Will wait to do 3 brisket flats for a day or two.

Just put in 2 salmon fillets to smoke.. and its 16 here now.
