You'll never guess who walked through the door here a few hours ago at Cookshack? Rolf Zubler, President of the WBQA. He's cooking at the Jack. He's traveling around the states and doing some research before the cookoff. We went to Head Country's restaurant for lunch. They are looking into doing BBQ restaurants in Europe. He got to asking me about doing pork for the cookoff and I went over what us americans do and felt it would make good International relations to help them out with what I know. I just hope that if they do well, you all understand that it's just spredding the good will of BBQ around the world
