Have Amerique which I love. When gas grill gave up the ghost I got the Big Green Egg for grilling. Did a brisket 18 hour cook just to see and held 250 all night but got no sleep. Will stick with cs for smoking.

One of our earliest forum members is a longtime CS and FEC cook and competitor.
drbbq.

He was an instructor for the early CS classes.

He is also the national chef/spokesman for BGE.

He travels with both and cooks comps with either.

They work well together.
