This is a very good rub or sprinkle which can be used on just about any meat, poultry or fish(kinda like Wild Willy's Number One-derful Rub) and even such things as scrambled eggs and potato salad. I got it from Ted Reader's cookbook.
1/2 Cup Paprika
1/4 Cup Chili Powder
3 Tablespoons Salt
2 Tablespoons Ground Coriander
2 Tablespoons Garlic Powder
2 Tablespoons Brown (or white) Sugar
2 Tablespoons Curry Powder
2 Tablespoons Hot Dry Mustard
1 Tablespoon Black Pepper
1 Tablespoon Dried Basil
1 Tablespoon Dried Thyme
1 Tablespoon Ground Cumin
1 Tablespoon Cayenne Pepper
