brining pork loin

CSN, count 6 post down below yours here and you will find Pags recipe. It was very good. I used it to make 4 small pork loins.

Most folks that brine a pork loin,or thick chops,will never go back to not brining.

Thanks everybody i will try it on Saturday. Have brined a turkey before frying it, so this will be new one for me.

^^^^^^ What Tom said. Tenderloin can live without the brine. Pork loin or thick loin chops love the brine.

Well everyone it was a resounding success.Had a couple of uncles and friend over helping me doing some work on the house.
They ate their fill of pork, beer and corn on the cob.
My friend took a sample home to his girlfriend, it was so good she made him go out and get a smoker from bass pro, so he could smoke some food for mothers day yesterday. lol
