Brisket

I have a half of a Brisket thats been in the freezer. Im wanting to make Barbeque sandwiches out of it tonight. Whats the best way to thaw it out and reheat it without it drying out?

If it's in a zip lock bag, you could thaw it in a water bath, then open the bag a bit and microwave like I did 20 minutes ago. Add you favorite BBQ sauce and/or horse radish and give it a go.
