Finally got the SM025- told my wife about the 10% Labor Day discount and she said get it (guess I will owe her a new purse or something eventually). I have been in my office reading the forums and she came in asking what I was doing. I told her doing research on the smoker and she laughed. She probably thought I was looking at porn or something but getting my smoker this week will be be much better than any porn! I just wanted to say thank you for everyone posting- the information and experiences are very helpful. I have been using a cheesy Charbroil electric smoker for about 8 years and got tired of finishing everything in the oven- it never got hot enough. Hopefully will get it on Thursday or Friday so I can season it for a porkfest this weekend! Boy I can't wait!
