Went to Lowe's Home Improvement this evening and ran into a stainless steel tray that just happened to fit my AQ PERFECTLY. It is a Char-Broil model #4110 and the Lowes SKU is 216846. It was about 20 bucks. I was not certain if it would fit, so I only bought one. The tray had pretty good size holes in it. I believe that it is used for fish/veggies etc. I am going back after the holidays and get three more. I would think that they would be great for Jerky.
