for the leg quarters try a heat setting of 225 and check them after 2 hours.
same temp will work for ribs although thos will take a lot longer.
when we do them together i like to put the ribs in about 2 hours before the chicken on a lower shelf and then when i put the chicken in i like to put them abve the ribs and let the chicken fat baste the ribs
