Nope, broken links are broke (lots of them went to sites now gone or really old posts) Just a byproduct of 6 years on the internet.

By a bunch of them, trim them to the same shape (so they'll cook to a similar time). Smoke it on your hottest setting until 170 - 175. Lots of variations such as different rubs, sauces, brines, marinades, but that will get you by to start with.
