I just posted in the comp forum that Butcher and Plowboy are doing one together. They will be having multiple classes, but I haven't seen where they will be. I've heard east, west, south...
Maybe you can PM David (butcherBBQ) or Todd (Plowboy) and ask.
They both use FEC100's and while it's competition heavy, you'll learn all you need to know about chicken, ribs, pork butt and brisket.
Hopefully Todd will cook more PRIME rib up and I heard the cupcakes he brings are pretty good too.
