This was our second competition and the first with our new trailer. Somehow we ended up with 7th in Chicken, 4th in ribs, 1st in brisket and RGC! Our pork was over cooked and a bit mushy, but tasted great. We ended up 21 (out of 37) in pork. We would have had to been 6 or higher to have had enough points for the GC. I'm not complaining, but I should have had better pork.
