fast eddy's bbq rub

They would be Eddy's own comp blends,not necessarily Cookshack's.

Its good. I've used it on pork and chicken.

I don't use the CS stuff much anymore and I've used the FE some.

I think the FE has more seasoning in it, so it's more of an all purpose rub that you can use. The key is to just experiment with it.

Many rubs out there, some love them for beef, others for pork. Don't let the "standard" use scare you from trying something new.

You all laughed at me years ago when I told you to use Mayo on Chicken, but now lots of people use it. Man, I gotta copyright my good ideas.

Just try it and let us know what you think.

thanks russ. i used it on blackend chicken last night and it was much better than my old blackened chicken. by the way i have been using mayo on both chicken and steak for years.
