I don't use the CS stuff much anymore and I've used the FE some.

I think the FE has more seasoning in it, so it's more of an all purpose rub that you can use. The key is to just experiment with it.

Many rubs out there, some love them for beef, others for pork. Don't let the "standard" use scare you from trying something new.

You all laughed at me years ago when I told you to use Mayo on Chicken, but now lots of people use it. Man, I gotta copyright my good ideas.
