Luckily it cleaned up easy with just chicken the first run. I did indeed put foil in the bottom today for the ribs, and looks like that was a good call for sure.

Ribs were over done for comp, but man did the family eat them up.
Its funny, Ribs is the only meat that when you over cook them they are still great. Fall off the bone, melt in your mouth kind of ribs today.
