Great timing for the delivery of the FEC 120 today so I can have food ready for next week at work. Thing is, an hour and a half into the 4 hour seasoning that the rep told me to do, the auger has stopped turning. I'm actually thinking it isn't even a pellet jam as when I depress the hopper lid button the pin moves slightly to the left and the motor sounds like it is trying to work but then it stops. There is no movement at all on any other parts of the auger and to the best of my knowledge I cannot see where there would be any pellets that are jammed. Pellets used are the cookshack ones that came with the FEC.
