Thanks guys! Yes, Wheelz (as in 98.7), we live right next to Franklin.

I really would like to check out an FEC100 before planning a purchase. Also, I'll need to spend some time reading more in the forums to see how pellet cooking may differ in flavor than a charcoal/wood mix (which I'm used to).
Mostly like the difference in flavor of two different brands of Carolina turkeys.

It will cook very efficiently,so you won't have the worry of oversmoking ,or creosote,as you might with a stickburner.

Contests,while rare, are over with in your area,so you probably have to come down for the Fl circuit.

We are seriously "pellet country" down here.
