FEC Is awesome!

Hey everyone,

I am very pleased with the FEC, as a former cookshack SM-055 owner, these really are two different machines. I like what the FEC produces, and Brian Jett with Ber-Vel was right it produces a real wood pit product. Very versatile, and clean up is a snap.

I went from the 55 to the FEC as well and there is a difference. I still use the 55 for things like prime rib, but mostly use the FEC for all smoking big and small. Congrats.
