Fire pot fans

my fire pot fans quit, I traced to the ground wire. if I jump ground wire to a ground the work,
but I am bypassing the solid state relay from the control board. will this hurt the system?

I'm not a tech guru but I wouldn't advise any adjustments until speaking with Bill at Cookshack on Monday. You certainly don't want to void your warranty.
