Have always wanted and never made so yesterday got a reciepe or Moink Balls. Cooked at 250 for Hour Ten minutes. Bacon done just right, SSsoooo Goooood. I will be King of appeitzers now at parties with those and ABT's
I can't tell for sure from the photo, but an additional step I do is put the MOINKS in sauce when they're almost done and back in the smoker just long enough to set the sauce.

We debated on the sauce but being a diabetic I opted out but when doing for a party or appetizers to take to a party will go the sauce for sure. Just having fun with new smoker.

Both my Mom and Dad were diabetic, and cooked for them. My Daughter and Son-in-law are on a low carb diet. I just made a low carb BBQ sauce for them. Check it out.
