Tried my first attempt at a PB yesterday. However, it was foiled by an electrical problem. I don't think it's my smoker's(Smokette 008) problem though. The breaker kept tripping after about 3-5 minutes. After trying 2 different receptacles. I had to put the PB in the oven and just slow cook it. I still utilized a lot of tips that I found on this forum. Thanks to all. Example I still used my new digital temp probe. And did the FTC when it was done. Came out moist and tender. But, I didn't get to use my CS and no smoke! What a disappointment! Anyway, I got an electrician coming to check my outdoor GFCI, wiring and breaker box. Hopefully we can get this resolve quickly(and inexpensively). I am chomping at the bit to use my CS. Thanks again for all the info,tips and tricks.
