did you have a flame out or multiple flame outs if so were you using cookshack fruitwood pellets
i've noticed that my flameouts have occurred using the fruitwood pellets at low temps.

Nope, been using them for a few months.
Are you using a 100? When you say low temps, what temp? How long?
Have you substituted other pellets, cooked the exact way and had no flame out?
There are some flameout threads in here, many center around the firepot itself.
