Lately, I've been smoking two or three butts or one and two briskets, eating some for the coming week, but freezing most of it.
Last two weeks, I've been invited to friends and mentioned that I'd bring some smoked meat. Reach into the freezer, grab the meat, thaw for two days in fridge, pull/slice warm with little apple juice/ACV, foil, arrive at party, I'm the man.
Got to love the CS machine, whether your smoking for day of or freezing for future invites.
