Gasket Material

Anyone know where I can get the gasket material for the doors on a FEC 500? Mine are leaking and while it is just over a year old Cookshack for 6months has told me they were out and didn't know where to get any. This really disapoints me with Cookshack.

You might try an Industrial Supply house and see if they have gasket material. They should be able to point you in the right direction.

Hi Shines Mullet Shak,

I apologize that we have not gotten this gasket material for you. It is my fault, for some reason I thought we were looking for the orginal seal that Eddy used on the FE100s. I ordered the seal from our vendor this morning and should have it in a couple of days.

Call them, they don't routinely monitor the forum.
