im keith glad to meet all of you... i received ny cookshack 009 and seasoned her last night.. i placed 6 pieces of hickory at 225 and ran for 6 hrs... only half the wood was burnt and the walls and floor have a sticky residue.... is this what i want.. should i have put foil on the floor or do we also want that area to be seasoned.. any help would be appreciated
