The display read of FE67 is most likely the firmware version of your board. Like Cal, I have an FEC100 and after the LED shows the firmware version (couple of seconds) I'm then able to input temp, times, etc, followed by pressing START.

Sounds like your board is hung up on the firmware display and won't boot into operational mode. Call Cookshack in the morning but before that try one thing...sometimes the press pads can be ornery, especially in cold weather. Turn on your 120, wait 10 seconds and press the TEMP pad firmly. If it doesn't allow you to imput a temp setting, shut it down and call customer service.

Sorry for your woes...they're quite uncommon and this is the first I've heard of this issue.
I'm with Wayne,

Just take the screws off the side, open it up and visually check and see if anything came lose. The colors on the ends of the connections are color coded to match each other, just look to see if any of the white plugs are not connected.

IF in doubt, don't mess with it, could be something simple.

Unfortunately, that's why we say do the test run during the week so you can call CS in case of questions.

Sorry it happened, I've not heard of this issue so not sure what's the alarm is for, so let us know what they say.

They'll help you out.

p.s. I could try you were trying to find out, found 4 or 5 posts with the same problem. Just post the FE owner questions in the FE owner forum and most of us will see it anyway Wink
I'm sure the "alarm" is the normal beep that happens when you start the unit, however it should turn off! There is a beep when starting up the unit and one when you hit start... (maybe a beep when you hit reset too... don't remember) anyway, its a BEEP and should not stay on...

Sounds like something got loose during shipping, it'll be interesting to hear what the fix is. Please keep us posted.
