An e-newsletter that I subscribe to -- it's about how your company can have great customer service -- has asked for examples of companies that have good customer service. They ask that you send a brief e-mail telling them what happened and the name of the company to The Loyalty Leader.

If any of you has had a good experience with Cookshack's customer service that you would like to share, I would appreciate it.

Within the week, I will have learned first hand about customer service that is completely off the charts THE BEST!
I've always had a gut level feeling regarding your company's customer service. Something unexpected happened regarding my new Amerique on it's first day in our home. I won't go into the details, but Tony has been a patient and concerned voice to speak with, and as for Karen- - -well what can I say? Anyone who says that they will do whatever it takes to make you happy, is one exceptional person. After all is settled next week, you had better believe that I will be contacting "The Loyalty Leader" in the most positive way possible.
I cannot stand how much I am looking forward to cooking in my Amerique, and wishing time away is not what I like to do- - -but next week is going to be a very happy one around here.

I just replied to your e-mail, but wanted to thank you again for speaking so well of us, and for your business. I know you will have a great time at the class and that you will really like your new FEC. What are you planning to do with it? Is it just for home use, or competition, or catering?
