I have to get some pictures posted.

So far I have cooked

  • Four pork tenderloins - pretty tasty, really enjoyed them
  • Practice turkey - now i understand why people eat turkey. Best turkey I have ever eaten.
  • 16 pork butts - i do little fundraisers at work and it was so nice to have the temp control I really never had before. Several people said it was my best yet (see a pattern here?).
  • yesterday I cooked three slabs of loin back ribs, amazingly juicy. Just flat out awesome. The first slab I ate before I knew it. I would have given it straight 9s. The other two slabs i left on the grill while I devouered the first so they were a little over done but that is ok.

Lets add this to the list

    8 more turkeys (6 at one time)
    3 turkey breasts
    6 more pork butts
    34 1/3 lb hambugers (I cooked them at 350 for 20-25 minutes. The best burgers I have ever made.

YIKES! Ill be sure my setup at the next competiton is far from yours, when that lightining bolt comes down from heaven dont want it to strike my FEC by mistake! Eeker
