I want to make venison jerky and I'm considering buying the CS jerky rods. I have a CS204 and I can't tell by the picture how the rods work inside the smoker. What would be the best approach to making jerky in my CS? I've already purchased the fan that sits on top of the vent outlet for air circulation, but I'm not sure how to load it.
