GREETINGS, I WAS COOKING THIS WEEKEND FOR A CHURCH FUCTION SO I MADE 8 PORK BUTTS AND DIDN'T KNOW HOW IT WORK OVER LOADING THE SMOKER... I WOULD LIKE TO TELL YOU IT DID A GREAT JOB AND ALL FOUR RACKS WERE FULL.THE ONLY THING I WOULD DO DIFFERENT IS TO DUMP THE GREASE PAN SEEING IT FLOWED OVER AND MADE A BIG MESS. I DO WANT TO TELL YOU PEOPLE WERE GOING NUTS ON THE SAMPLES I WAS GIVING OUT .. I REALLY ENJOY HAVING THIS FINE, WELL BUILT SMOKER BECAUSE PEOPLE THINK I AM A AWESOME PITMASTER...

Yep,

I've tried all kind of trays under my smoker, but those darn critters just pull them out on my all night smokes...I just love living in town(500 people) and having to deal with LOTS of wild animals...life in the Midwest at its best.

Hope that smoker wasn't on a wood deck, oh well?
