Well just bit the bullet (so to speak) and ordered my first smoker...Ordered a CS Essential....Looking forward to learning alot from you guys about how to properly smoke some meat, but really looking forward to trying some delicious recipes!

OK...so the smoker arrived today....So I'm gonna try smoking a couple of Fatty's in it tomorrow!

Enjoy , i love my cookshack . you will become popular everyone will want you to cook for them. If i can offer any advice TAKE NOTES ....

I will never forget the first time I smoked a chicken in my smoker and just pulled the leg right out it was so tender and juicy !! Enjoy my man!!!!
