I read a book about twenty years ago and used a recipe that was extremely good. I have since lost it.

The author opened a sausage house in Las Vegas and I am guessing it was way back in the sixties though I may be wrong. I have no idea what the title was. This Kolbassa sausage was the best seller in his shop and he gave the secret recipe in this book.

Has anybody heard of this book?
