I think I posted a recipe that I used in the past as well... Search for pastrami and you'll find quite a few hits...

A couple of tips... The corned beef has a high salt content, so soak it in clod water for a while to get some of the salt out of it. I soaked mine for only a couple of hours the first time and it was too salty. Then next one I soaked for 24 hours and it was much better. Also, leave the salt out of whatever rub you use.
