Just received the 'Original' Cook Shack smoker. Running nlw for 4 hours as requested. Very nice unit. Question- 'Can you a run a remote sensor for a meat thermometer and close the door?' It is a tight door and don't want to destroy remote. Thanks! Can't wait for the first meat.
