My 2012 Sauce & Rub Exchange Ribs

A couple of weeks ago I received a nice package of rubs and sauces and even a bottle of brew from Padrefan98.

Today I cooked 9 slabs of st. Louis cut spare ribs which were ribs I couldn't use in a competetion because of curved bones. These ribs were great in every other way just curved bones I chose not to use.

Padrefan98 sent me some sauce and rub as part of the package from Phil's BBQ Restaurant. I used the Gooba Dust on all of the ribs.

I thought they were a good combination and the rub wasn't too spicy nor was it too sweet. same for the sauce. It was a great product to please everyone at the table!

Thanks Again to Padrefan98 for the picks. I will use the chipolte rub next on some beef.
