Ok teams... Just got my FEC-500! So excited to use it. Looking for tips to maximize my cooks from more experienced pellet smoker teams. Brisket, St. Louis spares.

A suggestion might be to make this post on the commercial only forum,as many more 500s would be found there.

If comps are your interest,I'd go down to the FEC forums and focus on the Comp forum.

Fast Eddy cooks comps on a 500,as do several of our other forum members.
