Smoked up a beef tenderloin last night for dinner. Rubbed some Butchers Brisket on it and smoked at 250 until 125 internal then on to the open flame at 400 for a few minutes to finish. Pic color is a bit off, but it was very tender and juicy.

Have to also give a shout out to the iGrill Thermometer to allow me to monitor from inside since it was 5 degrees outside during the cook.

Loving the PG500! Come on Spring!
