Wheelz, did ya try clickin' on the pictures? They get bigger when ya do that.

That cut of meat is a 3lb. chuck roast slatherd with mustard and Big Bob Gibsons Rub, Thats the shredded meat on the left side on blue dish as well. Great to to be with you all.
The meat on the left side of the blue dish looks especially appealing to me.
