I was wondering what some good Poultry rub recipes were espacially for chickens. I have a decent one but I think that there are a lot more choices out there for me to try out. Any buddy have anything?

When I got my SM009, I got a bottle of CS Chicken Rub. It is pretty good albeit somewhat hot. I actually like the CS briset rub on it.

1/4 Salt
1 black pepper
1 onion powder
1 chili powder
1 garlic powder (not salt)
-Extras if wanted
1 - oregano
1 - cumin
1 - mustard seed (ground)
My new thing is actually using Mainely Dave's recipe found HERE.
I sub out the goat cheese and use Feta and Katamala olives... AWESOME!

With poultry, you need to add sage, marjoram, and thyme in your rub. Maybe even lemon pepper.
