I am a new owner a new owner and just completed a 7# Pork butt as per the recipe on page 8 of the Cookshack Catalog. It was very good and I want to now do 2 Butts of 7# at once for a party. I need an estimate of time for scheduling. It took 14.5 hours for 7#. Also what do you think of keeping Pork warm in an electric roaster with a small amount of chicken stock for moisture?

I don't think your cook times will be much different, but I'll let someone with your unit provide an accurate estimate.

In terms of reheating liquids, try one of these:

Or try the following:

Reheating liquid - 1 Cup
3/4 CP apple juice
1/4 CP cider vinegar
3/4 TSP kosher salt
1/2 TSP ground black pepper
1/4 TSP ground red pepper

Use 1/4 CP reheating liquid per pound of pulled pork to be reheated.
Cookshack catalog, whats that? Anyway your your question on timing. As long as the two butts are the same size/weight they will finish real close to the same time as this one. That's if their the same brand.

Don't know how long your wanting/needing to hold before serving?

If it is at your house or a close friends. I would FTC and pull on sight. Two butts in a small prewarmed cooler will stay hot 4-6 hrs easy.

I would use Smokins finishing sauce for moisture or if you don't like it, plain AJ would be my next choice, but hey your soup will work okay.

Good Luck and any more questions?
