I emailed Red, maybe we can talk him into it.

If not, Mrs. Smokin has one (no recipe) that she bakes the potatoes then makes the PS out of that. Sounds like it.

But maybe Red will post, that's easier than Mrs. Smokin writing down recipes...

Yes, I would love to have this recipe. From what I gathered though, Red keeps it a secret.

I've heard he's pretty tight lipped... I think he even came to the class with it pre-prepared...

I talked to Red at the hotel the morning of the class and he seemed ok to talk about it and was telling me some of the way he prepared it.
I did not ask him outright how to make it as I thought that would be rude!
